Phil Young,
After a 29 year RAF career as an Avionics Technician,I retrained as a Sports and Remedial Massage Practitioner, qualifying in Feb 2004 at the London School of Sports Massage and is member of the Sports Massage Assosiation and the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage. A keen endurance runner since 1973, I still run and compete regularly for Hunts A.C. In addition, I am a UK Athletics level 3 endurance running coach.
I have a special interest in running injuries, but my clinical experience covers a very wide spectrum of soft tissue injury situations. Dedicated to CPD, I have undertaken numerous workshops covering advance soft tissue techniques, such as Myofasial release, Active Isolated Stretching, Joint evaluation, Postural Evaluation and core stability.
