BIOMECHANICAL ANALYSIS: Currently, we are offering a biomechanical assessment service by Podiatrists. This involves taking a detailed history of your condition, and then examining your feet, how they move and how you walk. It may be that we will recommend that you use a particular insole or orthotic in your shoe to help correct your walking pattern. These can be off-the-shelf, or in certain circumstances, we can custom fit these as needed.
We will soon be able to offer video-gait analysis which will allow us to watch how you walk (or run) more closely on a treadmill with a digital video camera. This way, we can also explain what is going on by showing you your gait pattern on the screen.
For more information about our services, please call us on 01733-565911 and we will be happy to talk to you about how we can help.
